FILIPINO referee Ferdinand ‘Bong’ Pascual once again called a United States game in the Fiba Basketball World Cup 2019.
Pascual was one of the referees in Team USA’s game against Greece, led by NBA MVP Giannis Antetokpunmpo, in the second round in Shenzhen, China.
The US won 69-53, its fourth victory in as many outings.
Pascual, an international referee for 17 years, was also part of the officiating crew in Team USA's first-round match against Turkey.
The US won, 93-92.
Pascual also serves as a supervisor of referees in the PBA.
