Ben Mbala posts double-double as Cameroon beats Rwanda to gain Fiba Afrobasket quarters

CAMEROON advanced to the quarterfinals of the Fiba Afrobasket with an 81-77 win over Rwanda on Saturday in Tunis.

Ben Mbala had 16 points and 15 rebounds, going 2-for-7 from the 3-point line for Cameroon, which ended Group C play with a 2-1win-loss record.

Cameroon became the last team to enter the quarterfinals, with Tunisia already holding a 2-0 record at posting time.
