YOUNG big man Kai Sotto is now cleared to rejoin Gilas Pilipinas training.
Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) president Al S. Panlilio confirmed the 7-foot-3 Sotto has been given the go-signal to finally play full contact.

"I spoke with our doctors (Monday) and he's been cleared to play. And that's good news," said Panlilio in the special session of the Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA).

The SBP hasn't been shown the original MRI test of the 7-foot-3 Sotto, but the federation's official doctor already sat down with the Filipino center regarding his health condition.
"Kai and our doctors led by Doctor Randy Moli met. And they cleared him to play," Panlilio added in the same Forum.

In line with this, Sotto already signed the contract given him by Gilas team manager Butch Antonio.
Panlilio said he'll officially sign the contract anytime this day once he receives the papers which Sotto signed,
