JERON Teng showed his commitment for the national team’s cause despite slim chances of making the Jones Cup or SEA Games roster in attending Gilas Pilipinas’ practice on Friday at the Meralco Gym.
Teng joined 16 others in the training initially facilitated by assistant coach Jong Uichico before head coach Chot Reyes arrived.
Also in attendance were Kiefer Ravena, Kevin Ferrer, Kobe Paras, Bobby Ray Parks Jr., Christian Standhardinger, Von Pessumal, Jio Jalalon, Carl Bryan Cruz, Raymar Jose, Almond Vosotros, Mike Tolomia, Ed Daquioag, Mac Belo, Baser Amer, and Jones Cup import Mike Myers.
Matthew Wright was also present but didn't participate in the drills.
The former La Salle star was present in Tuesday's training but left the gym early because as he was still recovering from a flu.
