GUAM notched its first win in the Fiba Asia Cup 2025 qualifiers, beating Mongolia, 74-63, in Ulaanbaatar on Sunday.
Jericho Cruz was one of five players who scored in double figures after collecting 10 points to go along with four rebounds, three assists, and a block as Guam bounced back from its defeat against Japan at the start of the campaign.
Cruz shot just 3-of-12 from the field and missed all his three three-pointers but other players also contributed for Guam.

Guam now shares second place with China with a 1-1 record in Group C.
