GILAS Pilipinas saw the least number of attendees in practice on Thursday night, but had another surprise visitor who could possibly make for a viable naturalized player.

Only twelve pool members suited up, two less than the players who attended on Wednesday night at the Meralco gym, but Blackwater import Greg Smith was present and tried to make up the numbers.

Japeth Aguilar and Allein Maliksi led the standouts who took part in the drills along with Raymond Almazan, LA Revilla, Brad Guinto, Jio Jalalon, Jonathan Grey, Kevin Ferrer, Ed Daquioag, Mike Tolomia, Almond Vosotros, and Fonzo Gotladera.

“Like I said from that start, that’s the handicap that we’re working on," national coach Chot Reyes said. "Every day, we have different players in practice, but we just have to live with it."

June Mar Fajardo, Calvin Abueva, Terrence Romeo, Troy Rosario, Roger Pogoy, Von Pessumal, and Carl Cruz were also in attendance, but were excused on the eve of their respective PBA Commissioner’s Cup games.
