GILAS Pilipinas and Japan B.League star Dwight Ramos received a welcome fit for a hometown hero when he and his team held an outreach program in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur.
Ramos was joined by brother Eli, fellow B.League import Francis Lopez, and Blackwater's Jack Cruz-Dumont in a series of activities in his dad Artemio's hometown highlighted by the unveiling of the Dwight Ramos Court Mural.

The charismatic guard also conducted a basketball clinic for kids and a meet-and-greet at the Narvacan People's Center, visited the Barangay Paratong Elementary School, where an extension building was donated by the Ramos family and proudly bears their family name.
Ramos was later feted in a homecoming around town enroute to the mural site, whose artwork celebrated Narvacan's identity as an agricultural and coastal town alongside Dwight's basketball journey and connection to the community.
