RR Pogoy is set to make his return to Team Pilipinas while Thirdy Ravena also made it to the final 12 of the Nationals' crucial tiff against Kazakhstan in the Fiba Basketball World Cup Asian qualifiers.
Pogoy and Ravena join by Andray Blatche, Japeth Aguilar, Mark Barroca, Jayson Castro, Poy Erram, June Mar Fajardo, Marcio Lassiter, Paul Lee, Gabe Norwood and Troy Rosario.
Scottie Thompson, who played for Team Pilipinas against Qatar last Thursday, and Raymond Almazan did not make it to the final line-up.
Pogoy will be suiting up for Gilas after serving a five-game suspension for his role in the brawl against Australia last July at the Philippine Arena.
Ravena, the only amateur player in the pool, made it to the final 12 for the second consecutive time after suiting up against Qatar last Thursday.
Team Pilipinas will again lean on Blatche in the critical match against Kazakhstan after his 17-point, 15-rebound effort in their 84-46 win over Qatar.
Team Pilipinas is looking to clinch a berth in the World Cup against Kazakhstan in an away match in Astana. The Nationals must beat Kazakhstan and hope either Jordan or Lebanon drop their matches against New Zealand and Korea respectively.
