Ramos was in and out of Gilas' lineup during its European tuneup games due to a knee issue, joining Scottie Thompson and AJ Edu on the sidelines.
On Friday, he looked in the pink of health as he joined 15 other Gilas pool members in training with more than a month to go before the Basketball World Cup.
Ray Parks, RR Pogoy, and Calvin Oftana, who like Ramos also dealt with various injuries, were present for the first time in practice on Thursday.
Others in attendance were Kiefer and Thirdy Ravena, Rhenz Abando, Poy Erram, Japeth Aguilar, CJ Perez, June Mar Fajardo, Chris Newsome and Jamie Malonzo and naturalized players Ange Kouame and Justin Brownlee.
Kai Sotto, who is wrapping up his NBA Summer League stint with the Orlando Magic on Sunday, is set to report for Gilas practice on July 18.
