THE Philippines continued its surge and has reached the semifinals as Gilas Pilipinas again dished out fine plays in the Fiba Asia Championships in Changsha, China.
Picked by Fiba as one the top five plays of the quarterfinals was an impressive assist by Andray Blatche for a Gabe Norwood dunk in Gilas Pilipinas’ 82-70 win.
Gilas Pilipinas is featured on the next highlight play, although on the wrong end as Terrence Romeo’s fastbreak layup is swatted away by Mohamad Ali Haidar.
