GILAS Pilipinas had illustrious visitors in practice on Friday in no less than the Philippine women's football team that just came home from a historic campaign at the Fifa Women's World Cup.
Sarina Bolden, Olivia McDaniel, Chandler McDaniel, Inna Palacios, and Hali Long dropped by Gilas practice at the Philsports Arena to lend their support to their counterparts ahead of their own World Cup campaign.
The Filipinas are coming off a historic campaign in the Fifa Women's World Cup where they captured a victory over New Zealand in their debut appearance.
Gilas Pilipinas is two weeks away from its debut in the Fiba Basketball World Cup on August 25 against the Dominican Republic.
