GILAS Pilipinas was close to full-strength on Monday night as it continued its buildup for the Southeast Asian Basketball Association (Seaba) Championship in May.
Triple towers June Mar Fajardo, Japeth Aguilar, and Raymond Almazan joined practice at the Meralco gym after missing last week's training to rest. Fajardo and Aguilar attended last week's training buy as spectators.
TNT KaTropa import Donte Greene also took part in offensive simulations to probably expedite his process of learning the Texters' system, which Gilas also uses.
"Nakiki-practice lang, pero malay mo, baka pwede (i-naturalize)," national coach Chot Reyes quipped before the start of practice.

Terrence Romeo has yet to show up for the second straight Monday, while Matthew Wright and Norbert Torres were also absent.
Kevin Ferrer and Arnold Van Opstal were present, but merely watched from the sidelines to recuperate from injuries.
