DWIGHT Ramos practiced with Gilas Pilipinas even after sustaining an ankle sprain in a Japan B.League before flying over to Manila.
Gilas is taking a cautious approach on Ramos and has listed him as day-to-day although he is an active participant in the team's camp at the Inspire Sports Academy in Calamba, Laguna which started on Tuesday.

Ramos will also be joining the trip to Qatar for the 2nd Doha International Cup.
"He rolled his ankle. He has had some practice availability. He's day to day and will attend Doha," said Gilas coach Tim Cone.
In his final game in the B.League before departing for Manila to join the Gilas preparation for the coming Fiba Asia Cup qualifiers, Ramos played for only 21 seconds in Levanga Hokkaido's 73-68 win over Gunma Crane Thunders.

Gilashas been plagued by injuries as of late, the major one involving Kai Sotto, who sustained an ACL tear that will keep him out for at least nine months.
Troy Rosario, who was called up as an alternate in lieu of Sotto, is also banged up, sustaining a knee injury during Barangay Ginebra's quarterfinal series against Meralco.
The team is preparing for the third and final round of the FIBA Asia Cup 2025 qualifiers against Chinese Taipei on February 20 and New Zealand on February 23.
