THE naturalization process of Bennie Boatwright is set to finally get moving as the Senate's Justice and Human Rights Committee headed by Sen. Francis Pangilinan has scheduled a hearing on Wednesday.
Boatwright will be present for the proceedings to resume the process of naturalization that will enable him to play for Gilas Pilipinas in international competitions.
Boatwright’s naturalization was deferred last March as he was in Korea to play professional basketball, but he became available after he was called up to serve as a replacement import for San Miguel.
