AUSTRALIA will face the winner of the knockout game between Gilas Pilipinas and Saudi Arabia on Monday in the FIBA Asia Cup 2025 quarterfinals.

Tournament format calls for the No. 1 team in Group A going up against either the No. 3 of Group C or the No. 4 of Group D which went to Saudi Arabia and Philippines, respectively.
Australia will battle the winner of the Philippines-Saudi Arabia contest on Tuesday to start the quarterfinal round of the competition.
Australia was only leading, 46-43, in the first half before scoring 64 in the second half.
Jaylin Galloway had 24 points on 8-of-10 shooting from the field for the Boomers, while William Hickey and Reyne Smith each had 15, with Hickey also dishing eight assists.
