As new faces beefed up the Gilas Pilipinas pool on Monday, old hand Marc Pingris dropped by the national team's practice to lend moral support at Meralco Gym.
The Magnolia forward, who just played his first game last Saturday after a 15-month layoff due to a torn left ACL, showed up in the early evening session where the likes of Kiefer Ravena, CJ Perez, and Robert Bolick reinforced coach Yeng Guiao's pool.
Also paying close attention was PBA commissioner Willie Marcial, who was present for the first hour of practice.
Alyssa Valdez was also on hand as she watched her boyfriend Kiefer Ravena make his on-court return for the first time in over a year.
