The Angolans lost for the fourth straight time in their official preparation games for the Fiba Basketball World Cup.
Tough run for Angola
Angola is in Group A alongside Gilas Pilipinas, a team it will face on Aug. 27. It faces Italy on Aug. 25 and the Dominican Republic on Aug. 29.
Childdu Dundaun had 18 points, Jilson Bango had 13 points and eight rebounds, and Atlanta Hawks center Bruno Fernando had 12 points and nine rebounds for Angola.

Japan, which is among the six Asian countries that are also vying for a spot in the 2024 Paris Olympics, was led by Hiroo Tominaga, who had 20 points in the contest.
Angola will still face France and Slovenia in the Softbank Cup before heading to Manila for the World Cup.
