L-Jay Gonzales anchored the Tamaraws' rampage as he fired 15 points and four rebounds to go on an even 2-2 in Group B of the summer tourney.
Ken Tuffin added nine points, as Alec Stockton garnered eight points, four assists, and three boards.
FEU had firm control of the game as it held a 50-42 lead entering the payoff period before EAC staged a late rally which fell flat in the end.
Marwin Taywan carried the Generals with 26 points on a 4-of-6 shooting from deep, as well as hauling down five rebounds and dishing out three assists.
Jethro Mendoza chipped in 12 points in the defeat as EAC dropped down to 1-5.
