THE Mindanao Basketball League returns with its second conference which will begin on December 1.
Former PBA players will once again see action in the league following its first conference last October won by Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte.
Roxas beat Basilan BRT, 97-85, in the championship game held in Zamboanga City.
Among the ex-pros that will play are Lordy Tugade, Eddie Laure, Roger Yap, Jercules Tangkay, Rene Pacquiao, Eloi Poligrates, and Reed Juntilla.
Games on December 1 and 2 will be held in Kapatagan, Lanao Del Norte, as Roxas, Zamboanga De Norte will host the games on December 4 to 6.
The conference moves to Zamboanga City on December 7 to 9.
“In this league, we want to help discover more talents as we all know Mindanao has produced a lot of PBA players,” said commissioner Nini Arquiza.
Tugade and Laure will suit up for Dapitan, while Yap and Poligrates will play for Rizal. GenZam Warriors will have Pacquiao.
