    May 17, 2016
Ola Adeogun is set to miss the second game of the semifinals and could face heavier sanctions for his role in the endgame commotion in the series opener.

EURO-MED import Ola Adeogun and head coach Yong Garcia have been both banned for one game after an ugly PCBL semifinal game that left Mighty Sports player Kevin Ferrer with a bloody nose.

The one-game ban on Adeogun was issued for disrespecting game officials, his second offense this conference.

However, PCBL Commissioner Joel Banal has yet to decide on the endgame contact between Adeogun and Ferrer.

Adeogun has admitted to hitting Ferrer during the traditional handshakes, leaving the former UST star with a bloody nose.

“The incident between Adeogun and Ferrer is still under deliberation because it’s after the game,” Banal said.

Mighty Sports downed Euro-Med in the series opener, 99-84, despite missing the services of Kiefer Ravena, who is training in the US.

The two teams clash anew at 5 p.m.

Garcia was ejected in Game One after being assessed two consecutive technical fouls.
