East West Private welcomes UP forward Kobe Paras to its stable

KOBE Paras is now a part of East West Private.

The Ohio-based firm made the announcement on Tuesday as it welcomed the University of the Philippines forward to its fort.

"Let tomorrow be your second chance to prove that you are better than today and yesterday," it posted on its Instagram account.

Paras linked up with the same handlers of Kai Sotto.

With EWP, he joins a bumper crop of players of Filipino descent, which also includes Cholo Anonuevo, Sage Tolentino, and Caelum Harris.

The 6-foot-6 high-flyer still has two years of eligibility left with the Fighting Maroons, but his future plans remain unclear with the COVID-19 pandemic forcing the UAAP to remain frozen.

He last suited up for the Gilas Pilipinas team which completed a two-game sweep of Thailand in the second window of the 2021 Fiba Asia Cup qualifiers in Manama, Bahrain last November.

Spin.ph sources have previously noted that a number of overseas clubs are interested in securing the services of Paras.
