The shock-troopers took over for the usual suspects, first late in regulation before coming to the rescue in the extra period.
Desoyo dropped five of his 15 points in overtime, while Bonleon made big buckets down the stretch, none bigger than his go-ahead layup with 38.6 ticks remaining.
The Golden Harvest will now move forward to take on Cignal-Ateneo in a best-of-three semifinals.
JM Calma bannered Valencia-SSCR with 19 points, 12 coming in the first half, to go with 11 rebounds, while Allyn Bulanadi got 15 to make up for the fouled-out Ilagan, who mustered 11 in the win.
It was a gallant stand for Che'Lu, which fought back from a 14-point halftime deficit and even saw Alfred Batino force overtime with a buzzer-beating putback.
Rey Suerte bannered the Revellers with 18 points, nine rebounds, and three steals, while Gab Dagangon got 16 in the loss.
