Tanduay set the most points scored in a game as well as the biggest winning margin in the developmental league.
The 76-point victory surpassed the record set by Racal also against the Jawbreakers, 140-90.
"Nagkataon lang, nag-start strong kami e, nagkaron ng momentum," said Tanduay coach Lawrence Chongson.
James Martinez topscored for the Rhum Masters with 23 points, making 5 of 8 shots from beyond the arc.
Jerwin Gaco added 21 points, Paul Sanga chipped in with 20 and Paul Varilla added 15 markers.
The Rhum Masters jumped to a 35-6 lead and never eased up on the gas pedal.
Jerome Ferrer had 12 points for the Jawbreakers, who slid to their fifth straight loss for a 1-7 card.
Robby Celiz scored 13 for the Jawbreakers, who were played without head coach Jade Padrigao.
