NLEX welcomes the return of its head coach Boyet Fernandez as the Road Warriors try to stay undefeated on Thursday against Jumbo Plastic Linoluem in the resumption of the PBA D-League Foundation Cup at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

The Road Warriors shoot for their seventh win at 2 p.m.

Fernandez is scheduled to make his return on the bench of NLEX along with five other players from San Beda, fresh from the Red Lions’ preseason training in Lithuania in preparation for the NCAA cagewars.

Also expected to play for the Road Warriors again are Ola Adeogun, Baser Amer, Art Dela Cruz, Kyle Pascual, and Ryusei Koga.

NLEX stayed undefeated following a 98-82 win over Derulo Accelero last Monday.

The Giants (4-1), a 70-64 winner over Cagayan Valley last Tuesday, are looking to close the gap on the Road Warriors as they seek for their fifth victory.

In other games, sixth-running Big Chill and Café France, holding similar 2-3 win-loss slates, part ways at 12 p.m., while No. 2 Cebuana Lhuillier (4-1) battles fourth-ranked Boracay Rum (3-2) at 4 p.m.
