CIGNAL looks to extend its win streak to three when it faces Marinerong Pilipino in the PBA D-League Foundation Cup on Thursday at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.

The match starts at 12 noon after Racal tackles Zark's Burger in the 10 a.m. curtain raiser.

Fresh off two straight victories following an opening day loss, Cignal head coach Boyet Fernandez and the Hawkeyes are bracing for a dogfight against a veteran-laden Seafarers.

“We just have to be ready every game. May mga ginagawa pa rin kami na di magandang behavior, kaya dapat naming matutunan na hindi gawin yung mga yun,” he said.

The Seafarers are eager to bounce back from a 92-82 loss to Batangas in their D-League debut.

Coach Koy Banal will again lean on Achie Inigo and Mark Isip as the Seafarers hope to chalk up their first victory in their maiden conference.

Meanwhile, Racal rides the crest of a 118-100 beating of AMA Online Education in their conference-opener when it takes on slumping Jawbreakers (0-2).

“We’ll continue to prepare. Basta kami, we try to improve more as the games approaches,” said Racal coach Jerry Codinera.
