CAIDA Tiles and Café France, two of the three remaining unbeaten teams in the PBA D-League Aspirants Cup, battle on Thursday at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

The Tile Masters and the Bakers collide at 4 p.m., the winner of which take the solo lead in the team standings.

Two weeks in to the elimination round, Caida Tiles, Café France, and Phoenix Petroleum-Far Eastern University are all tied up for the top spot, sporting similar 3-0 win-loss records.

Both coaches of the Tile Masters and Bakers only have good words to say heading to their highly-anticipated game.

“I think they are the team to beat this conference,” said Café France coach Egay Macaraya.

“They are a champion team,” Caida coach Caloy Garcia said. “They are experienced and they are really good. They know how to adjust.”

Led by Arellano hotshot Jio Jalalon and league number one draft pick Jason Perkins, the Tile Masters held off Wangs Basketball, 110-106, in their last outing to stay unbeaten in the conference.

Meanwhile, Café France is coming off a lopsided 94-73 win over University of the Philippines-QRS/JAM Liner in which Carl Bryan Cruz, and Centro Escolar University standouts Samboy De Leon and Rodrigue Ebondo led the way for the Bakers.

Tanduay battles Wangs Basketball in the first game at 2 p.m.

Team standings: Caida Tiles 3-0, Café France 3-0, Phoenix Petroleum 3-0, UP-QRS/JAM Liner 2-2, BDO-NU 1-2, Tanduay 1-2, Wangs 1-2, AMA 0-3, Mindanao 0-3
