BREADSTORY-Lyceum overcame MJM M-Builders, 108-97, on Monday to claim its second win in the PBA D-League Aspirants Cup at the JCSGO gym in Quezon City.

Jiovanni Jalalon, Jackson Corpuz, and Ed Daquioag had 16 points each, while Joseph Gabayni added 15 points and 13 rebounds for the Pirates, who improved their record to 2-3.

The Lyceum-backed BreadStory spoiled the effort of Mac Belo, who scored a conference-high 30 points for MJM M-Builders.

The M-Builders also missed the services of Mike Tolomia and Roger Pogoy, who played for FEU in the Philippine Collegiate Champions League.

MJM is now in last place together with Monday’s losing teams MP Hotel and Racal Motors.
