KENT Salado aims to go out on a winning note as Racal stakes its perfect start in the PBA D-League Foundation Cup against Cignal in the battle between the finals protagonists last conference on Tuesday.
The match starts at 2 p.m. at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig, with Salado vowing to give it his all in his last game in the D-League before shifting his focus to Arellano in its NCAA campaign.
The NCAA begins July 8, but a league rule prohibits players from playing in other leagues once the eligibility meeting starts on June 25.
The high-octane guard said he also seeks some sort of payback for Racal's loss to the Hawkeyes in the PBA D-League Aspirants' Cup finals that went the distance a few months ago.
"Iti-treat ko na parang championship game. Gusto ko bumawi sa kanila e," he said.
"Last game ko na rin yun e. Gusto ko lang rin iwan yung team na walang talo."

Unlike last conference, Salado is confident his team will pull through this time around, with the Hawkeyes also losing their San Beda core led by MVP Robert Bolick.
"Para sa akin, kaya naman yung Cignal ngayon e kasi last conference andun sila (Javee) Mocon, Bolick, at (Ben) Adamos," he said.
Before the match between the two powerhouse teams, Wangs (1-2) and Gamboa Coffee Mix (1-2) clash in the 12 noon match.
