    May 15, 2013

THE PBA-League Foundation Cup is down to its final day of the eliminations on Thursday. However, with the exception of top-rank NLEX, the seedings for the playoffs have yet to be decided.

Entering Thursday’s tripleheader, two teams are still vying for the final outright semifinal berth, and four teams are still locked in a logjam for fifth spot with one team possibly joining them at the end of the eliminations.

The top two teams will automatically advance to the semifinals while the next four teams move to the quarterfinals with the third- and fourth-ranked teams having twice-to-beat incentives in the quarterfinals.

Under conference rules, ties between two teams are broken by their head-to-head match-ups. For three or more teams, the quotient system will be used gto break the ties.

Prior to Thursday’s tripleheader, here are the team standings:

    NLEX 8-2

    Blackwater Sports 8-3

    Fruitas 7-3

    Boracay Rum 6-4

    Big Chill 6-5

    EA Regen 6-5

    Cebuana Lhuillier 6-5

    Cagayan Valley 6-5

    Café France 5-6

    Jumbo Plastic 4-6

    Hog’s Breath 1-9

    Informatics 0-10

12 noon – Jumbo Plastic vs. NLEX

    2 p.m. – Boracay Rum vs. Fruitas
