BACOOR, Cavite - It was a euphoric Tuesday for the Tanduay Rhum Masters, who arranged a PBA D-League Foundation Cup finals duel against Phoenix with a rousing 81-70 win over Racal at the Strike Gym here.

But Tanduay coach Lawrence Chongson is saving the celebration for later, when first-time finalists Rhum Masters try to win it all in the best-of-three finale set to unfurl on Thursday at the Alonte Gym in Binan, Laguna.

"Walang celebration. We're going back to the drawing board," said Chongson moments after completing their upset over top-seed Racal.

Chongson is wary of the Accelerators, who swept his team in the elimination round.

"Malakas kalaban Phoenix, hindi pa namin tinatalo. We got less than 48 hours para pagplanuhan. We got our work cut out for us," he said.

Tanduay may be celebrating a milestone trip to the finals for now, but Chongson is making sure the Rhum Masters is ready to accomplish another one: winning the D-League title.
