KEVIN FERRER hit back-to-back two-pointers to lead Blackwater Sports to a 13-11 win over Fruitas on Monday at the JCSGO gym to advance into the finals of the PBA D-League Foundation Cup 3-on-3.
The two-pointers, 3-on-3’s equivalent of three-pointers, gave the Elite a 13-10 advantage to grab the lead for good.
Other members of the team were Robby Celiz, Gio Ciriacruz, and Bacon Austria.
Blackwater Sports will face the winner of the last round-robin semifinal match between Fruitas and Big Chill on Tuesday at the Blue Eagle gym.
The champion team will receive P20,000 and will represent the country in the Fiba-Asia 3-on-3 to be held in Doha next month.
