THE PBA D-League adjusted its schedule for Blackwater Sports and National University-Banco De Oro with Kevin Ferrer, Jericho Cruz, and Bobby Ray Parks seeing action for the national team in the 2013 Southeast Asian Games.
A memorandum showed the league moved games of Blackwater and NU-BDO scheduled from December 4 to 17, the dates of departure and arrival of the national men’s basketball team. The SEA Games men’s basketball competition will be on December 8 to 16 in Nay Pyi Taw.
Ferrer, Cruz, and Parks are key players of their respective teams in the PBA D-League. Ferrer and Cruz’s Blackwater Sports had two D-League games scheduled during SEA Games while Parks’ NU-BDO had three.
NLEX's schedule had earlier been cleared since the team has several players from the cadet squad in Garvo Lanete, Kevin Alas, Jake Pascual, Ronald Pascual, and Matt Ganuelas.
