ZARK's Burger-Lyceum looks to bounce back from an opening-day loss, while Batangas-EAC begins its campaign in the PBA D-League Aspirants' Cup on Tuesday.
The match starts at 4 p.m. at the Pasig Sports Center, with the Jawbreakers hoping to recover after bowing to Marinerong Pilipino last week.
Coach Topex Robinson is optimistic the Jawbreakers can quickly recover.
"Experience is the best teacher," said Robinson, who will again lean on the leadership of CJ Perez.
"We’re here to learn and grow and I’m excited for another opportunity for us."
The Generals debut in the D-League without injured Cameroonian import Hamadou Laminou and Sidney Onwubere, who is now playing in the PBA with TnT Katropa.
Batangas coach Ariel Sison will bank on Jerome Garcia and pint-sized Cedric De Joya.
"We’re just positive. Though we don’t have Laminou and Onwubere, the other players are filling those holes up and are helping their younger teammates,” Sison said.
In the opening game, Wangs Basketball-Letran takes on AMA Online Education.
