CHE'LU Bar and Grill remained in contention for a 2019 PBA D-League playoff spot, clobbering AMA Online Education, 115-77, on Thursday at Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.
The Revellers opened the game with 10-0 run and led by as many as 44 points in the final period.
Stephen Siruma topped Che'Lu with 13 points and five assists as four other players got to double-digit in scoring.
JayR Taganas recorded a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds, while also making five assists, as Rey Suerte, Mark Bringas and Jhaps Bautista all had 11 points.
"Yun din ang gusto namin sa team, fighting team. Hindi man kami kasing beterano nung last season, we still need our players to play their role," said coach Stevenson Tiu.
Che'Lu tied Go for Gold-CSB at joint fifth place in the Aspirants Group with 5-3 win-loss cards. The Revellers play its final elimiantion-round game on May 20 against Family Mart-Enderun.
"The game is not yet over. We just have to give our best and hope for the best," said Tiu.
AMA was booted out of the race as it fell to 2-5.
Joshua Munzon was the lone bright spot for the Titans with his 26 points, four rebounds and two assists.
