The Superchargers dropped to their second loss in three outings.
Poligrates had a game-high 19 points while Celada chipped in 15 for the Rising Suns.
The Rising Suns entered the fourth quarter with a precarious 50-47 lead but Celada quickly converted a triple for some breathing room. Poligrates strung up seven points before Celada hit back-to-back triples for a 69-53 lead.
