JOSHUA Munzon, Juan Gomez de Liano, and Sean Manganti emerge as the top picks when AMA Online Education makes the No. 1 selection in the 2019 PBA D-League Draft on Tuesday at the PBA Office in Libis.

For the third straight year, Titans coach Mark Herrera will be spoiled for choice as he seeks to select a foundational talent to help his side get back in contention.

Batangas-EAC will select at second, while CEU is at third.
