CSB downed Arellano, 74-69, behind the heroics of Yankie Haruna and Justin Gutang, who finished with 20 and 19 points, respectively, for the Blazers.
Levi dela Cruz made 14 points for AU, while Guilmer dela Torre had 10 markers.
Meanwhile, the Stags frustrated Jose Rizal University, 96-88, behind 17 points each from Allyn Bulanadi and RK Ilagan.
Alvin Capobres and Ryan Costelo chipped in 14 markers apiece for the Stags while Jed Mendoza led the way for JRU with 19 points. MJ dela Virgen had 12 and Darius Estrella contributed 10 for the Bombers.
