CJ Perez had 15 points, 10 rebounds, and three steals to help the Pirates pick up their fourth win in week four of the tournament and claim the A Game Player of the Week title.
Jack Hao had 15 points as Perpetual Help downed Lyceum-A, 63-53. The Altas made it two wins in a row, downing Emilio Aguinaldo College, 59-54, with Flash Sadiwa scoring 14 points and pulling down six rebounds.
University of the East beat University of Santo Tomas-B, 85-62, while UST-A outclassed Ateneo, 82-72.
In the 16-under division, Kean Baclaan had 21 points to lift San Sebastian College to a 53-48 win over Wangs, while Rafael Are had 26 points as Paco Citizen Academy Foundation beat St. Peter The Apostle, 105-96.
