City Hoops Manila Summer Classic Inter School tourney features 38 teams in five divisions 

THIRTY-eight teams are set to compete in the City Hoops Manila Summer Classic Inter-School Basketball Tournament beginning on April 18 at the Corinthian Gardens court in Quezon City.

The inter-school grassroots tournament will feature a kids division (10-under) for the first time since its inception four years ago, adding to the mini (12-under), midgets (13-under), aspirants (15-under), and juniors (17-under) classes.

Among the participating schools are San Sebastian College, San Beda College Alabang, Xavier School, University of Santo Tomas, Ateneo, La Salle Greenhills, San Beda College Taytay, Letran, Sacred Heart Academy of Pasig, Claret School, Pace Academy, Jubilee Christian Academy, La Salle Lipa, Adamson, and Arellano.

Opening day will feature a 15-under division game between San Beda College Taytay and San Sebastian.

The games will be played at the Corinthian Gardens on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Greenhills West on Saturdays and Sundays. The tournament is supported by Wilson, Pocari Sweat, Rebel Sports Pilipinas, AQ Support, and Wide Vision Tours.
