CHRISTIAN Bunag scored a game-high 17 points as Mapua defeated Emilio Aguinaldo College, 77-74, for its second straight win in the Filoil Flying V preseason tournament on Sunday in San Juan.
Lawrence Victoria had 14 points and Warren Bonifacio added 10 as the Cardinals continued their fine start after defeating University of the Philippines in their opening game.
John Paul Maguliano and Phillip Tampoc led the Generals with 10 points each, while Jerome Garcia, Jeric Diego and Vincent Robin had nine points apiece.
