CAMSUR forced a knockout duel for the National Basketball League-Pilipinas (NBL) President's Cup title after beating Tikas Kapampangan in Game 4, 115-114, in overtime on Sunday before a full house at the Iriga City Sports Complex.
Bang Sablaon had 28 points including a three-pointer with 28 seconds left in overtime that lowing the Express to grab a 114-111 lead which they doggedly protected until the final buzzer.
NBL Finals goes to sudden death
The Express were also able to overcome a 14-point third-quarter deficit to send the best-of-five championship series to sudden-death.
Game 5 will be played on Friday in Pampanga.
Sablaon replicated his heroics in Game 2 where he nailed a buzzer-beating three to beat Tikas Kapampangan, 104-101, at the Pampanga State University Gym in Bacolod to even the series.
Tikas Kapampangan was on the cusp of winning a title on the road after its Game 3 win, 92-91, on Friday, but Camsur was able to equalize.

Vincent Mallapre added 19 points and 10 rebounds, and John Edward Jabonete totalled 17 points and eight rebounds.
Jaspher Manalang had 22 points including two free throws to tie the game at 102 with 17.5 seconds left, sending the game into an extra period.
