DF Bulacan Stars defeated Muntinlupa, 110-103, behind the heroics of Exeqiel Biteng, who notched 38 points. The Stars improved to 3-5 and are now in a tie for third place with City of Santa Rosa Lions in Group A.
Muntinlupa was able to pick up its first win after six games on Sunday when it defeated Tatak Gel Binan, 103-101.
John Mark Ondevilla finished with 34 points including the game-winning shot, nailing a jumper with 2.5 seconds to break the deadlock.
