ALLAN Caidic hit nine three-pointers as San Miguel ran away with a 135-107 rout of Ginebra on Sunday to finish eliminations of the UNTV Cup PBA Legends Faceoff unbeaten at the Pasig Sports Center.
Caidic finished with 32 points had eight assists as the Beermen won their third straight game, putting to waste a 41-point explosion of Vince Hizon for Ginebra in this tournament featuring former former PBA players.
Seven players scored in double figures for the Beermen with Kiko Adriano finishing with 18 points and Chris Calaguio adding 17 points. Danny Seigle finally saw action for San Miguel and scored 14 markers.
Marlou Aquino topscored with 19 points while Bennett Palad contributed 16 points to back up Hizon for Ginebra, which finished the eliminations with a 2-1 card.
Jayjay Helterbrand, recently signed by Imus Bandera in the MPBL, scored four points but had six assists for the Gin Kings.
