PATRICK Cabahug scored 18 points behind four three-pointers as Medical Depot beat Burlington EOG Sports, 94-80, on Friday night in the Filbasket Subic Championship at the Subic Bay Gymnasium.
Cabahug’s fiery three-point shooting display together with the efforts of Ian Melencio and Simon Camacho helped Medical Depot claim their fifth win in nine outings to join Burlington in fifth place in the standings.
Melencio added 16 point, while Camacho marked another all-around game with 15 points, 10 rebounds, six assists, three steals, and four blocks.
Byron Villarias had 16 points to lead Burlington EOG Sports.
Army beats Muntinlupa
Meanwhile, FSD Makati Army won its second game in nine outings by dominating Muntinlupa Defenders, 100-89.
Mar Villahermosa had 21 points and shot 5 of 8 from threes for Army. Jan Colina added 13 points and Hel Francisco chipped in 12 points.
Thomas Torres had 36 points but the Defenders remained winless in nine outings.
