THE Philippines defeated Indonesia, 106-50, on Sunday to sweep the Seaba Under-16 Championship in Cagayan de Oro City.
SJ Belangel had 18 points, seven rebounds, eight assists, and two steals for Batang Gilas, who won all their four games in the five-nation tournament.
Jonas Tibayan had 14 points and nine rebounds, while Gian Mamuyac and Shaun Ildefonso each had 12 for the Philippines, which will now see action in the Fiba-Asia Under-16 Championship.
