The Risers stretched their winning streak to six and improved their league-best record to 20-2.
Bataan matched the 44-point victory by General Santos City in November against Pasig, 116-72.
Gab Dagangon and Richard Escoto scored 15 points each, while Pamboy Raymundo and Byrin Villarias had had 12 apiece for the Risers, who shot 44 for 57.
Bataan also won the rebounding battle, 58-34.
Mandaluyong dropped to 11th spot after absorbing their 14th loss in 22 games.
Valenzuela defeated Bulacan, 84-75, to improve their win-loss record to 9-14 for 10th spot.
Chris de Chavez had 17 points while Hans Thiele had 16 markers.
