Angelo Kouame had 17 points, 15 rebounds, and two blocks, while Isaac Go added 15 points for the Blue Eagles, who claimed their fourth win in as many outings.
With Kouame manning the paint, the Blue Eagles got 25 second chance points, while the Red Warriors only had 12.
Philip Manalang and Chris Conner had 16 points each for the Red Warriors, who dropped to 1-1.
Meanwhile, Kraniel Villoria had 18 points, while Michael Canete had 17 points and 12 rebounds as Arellano defeated Lyceum, 93-76, to claim its second win in three games.
Casper Pericas and Germy Mahinay had 15 points each for the Pirates, who are now at 1-2.
