He put up 15 points and one assist in the victory to push his team up to a 4-6 card.
SJ Belangel notched 17 points, five assists, three rebounds, and three steals in the defeat for Daegu (1-10).
The Knights were coming off an 83-74 defeat to Seoul Samsung Thunders at Jamsil Student Gymnasium on Tuesday where Tolentino got 13 points, eight boards, and three assists against Justin Gutang, who had 13 points, three assists, three steals, and two rebounds, for the 4-5 Thunders.
On the other hand, the Pegasus lost back-to-back games after an 87-73 home defeat to Wonju DB Promy last Wednesday where Belangel got 12 points, three assists, two rebounds, and one steal, but could not match Ethan Alvano's triple-double night with 18 points, 11 boards, and 11 dimes for the 6-4 Promy.
Sakers stay atop standings
Carl Tamayo then enabled the Changwon LG Sakers to grab a share of the leadership with an 81-72 triumph over Busan KCC Egis at home last Monday.

The Gilas Pilipinas stud notched 27 points built on four three-pointers, alongside 10 rebounds, three assists, two blocks, and one steal, as the Sakers moved up to 7-2.
William Navarro only got five points and four rebounds in the loss for the 6-3 Egis.
JD Cagulangan, meanwhile, aided Suwon KT SonicBoom in taking the 76-73 squeaker of Ulsan Hyundai Mobis Phoebus on Thursday at Dongcheon Gymnasium with his seven points, three rebounds, two assists, and one steal to get a game behind the top spot at 7-3.
Migs Oczon did not see action for the 4-6 Phoebus.
