Tolentino sank a triple while Miranda hit two charities in the final minute as the Tamaraws pulled away and notched its sixth win in seven games.
San Beda-B had a walkover win against St. Michael College of Laguna to improve win-loss record to 5-2.
In the juniors division, Chiang Kai Shek College beat Xavier School, 83-45.
Shamasheh Banez and Reyland Torres scored 14 points each as the Blue Dragons scored their third win in as many games.
National University beat San Beda, 81-69, while Rich Golden Shower Montessori Center beat Makati Gospel College, 66-64.
Harvey Pagsanjan had 17 points in Hope Christian High School’s 81-59 win over Arellano.
