    Allyn Bulanadi scores 31 as San Sebastian rips Holy Trinity of GenSan to gain semis

    SAN Sebastian booked the second semifinals seat in Group B of the Philippine Collegiate Champions League after crushing Holy Trinity College, 93-75, on Saturday at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.

    Allyn Bulanadi exploded for 31 points and had five rebounds and three assists as he powered a second-half onslaught for the Stags.

    The Wildcats, blown out from the start against the Red Lions, hung tough in the second quarter before the Stags accelerated in the second half to finish off the upset-conscious squad from General Santos.

    The Stags led by as many as 30 points in the fourth period and cruised to their second straight win after a tough loss to San Beda in the opener.

    Alvin Capobres added 14 points, seven boards and four steals for the Stags while Ian Valdez added 10.

    Ever Dialogo led the Wildcats with 21 points as Joseph Diamante added 19 as they fell to 1-2.

    The Stags joined the Red Lions in the semifinals in Group B and will face the top seed of Group A.

    Lyceum currently tops the Group with a 2-0 record.
